TOUR PACKAGE TERMS AND CONDITIONS

When you book with SUNLIGHT TOURS S.A., you agree to the terms and conditions stated on these pages. Please ensure that you read and understand these terms and conditions before booking your holiday. Once a reservation has been made, the following terms and conditions will go into effect.

RATES & PRICES
The prices of the tours are guaranteed, but if unforeseen circumstances beyond Sunlight Tours S.A. control occur, i.e. increased governments taxes, etc., Sunlight Tours S.A. will adjust the price accordingly.

DEPOSIT
A deposit of $250.00US per person or full payment is required at time of booking to confirm space.
Final payment is due sixty days prior to departure.
A change fee of $50.00US per person will apply per change made by the traveller after final payments has been made.

PAYMENTS
Wire transfer only. NO credit cards accepted for land arrangements. All notifications of cancellations must be received in writing prior to departure from country of origin. Then, cancellation clause takes affect.

FINAL PAYMENT
The balance will be due 60 days prior to departure. The balance is due immediately if booked within 60 days of departure.

INSURANCE
Wherever applicable, we recommend that all passengers purchase travel insurance at the time of booking. Sunlight Tours S.A. and suppliers do not accept responsibility for health problems, unforeseen circumstance that may incur, or, damaged and lost baggage.

CANCELLATIONS
In the event of cancellation, please notify us immediately. Charges are billed as per the date cancellation is received by Sunlight Tours S.A. and are applicable per each product booked.

Includes hotel taxes & service charge, transportation taxes and fees. Sunlight Tours S.A. reserves the right to resell any package. If cancellation by one or more persons alters the room category, the remaining passengers will be held liable for the difference in cost. No shows will not receive refunds.

ENTRY REQUIREMENTS
Valid passport is required. In addition, please consult with the Cuban Consulate or Embassy in your country with regards to specific entry requirement. Please note, Sunlight Tours S.A. will not pay compensation for changes made because of war or threat of war, riots, civil disturbances, terrorist activity, industrial disputes, natural and nuclear disasters, fire, epidemics or health risks, technical problems with transportation including mechanical and weather reasons, government action, closed or congested airports, and similar events beyond our control.

INDICATED PRICING
All rates are in American dollars unless otherwise stated. Sunlight Tours S.A. reserves the right to change published prices without notice or to pass on government imposed taxes, transportation related fees or surcharges including but not limited to those for fuel price fluctuations & currency surcharges to the traveller.

DOCUMENTATION
Your passport must be valid for at least six months following your entry date to your travel destination.
It is the traveller's responsibility to obtain, at his/her own expense, all documentation required by the relevant authorities. Customs, airlines and immigration officials may deny a traveller entry or exit of their country for any circumstances. Sunlight Tours S.A. cannot be held responsible and will not refund any moneys. It is also the responsibility of the traveller to obtain the relevant information for travelling included but not limited to schedules, airlines and hotels.

FORCE MAJEURE
Sunlight Tours S.A. cannot be held liable for any claims, losses, damages, costs, expenses, delays or loss of enjoyment, of any nature or kind whatsoever, to the traveller and/or travelling companions or group members resulting from events beyond Sunlight Tours S.A. or a supplier's control including but not limited to the acts of God, strikes, lockouts or other labour disputed or disruptions, wars, blockades, insurrections, riots, earthquakes, weather conditions, floods, or arts or restraints imposed by government authorities.

UNUSED TOUR SERVICES & ACTIVITIES
Sunlight Tours S.A. is not responsible for any unused portions of your trip or tour services and will not refund any monies. Failure to redeem the tour components as per the pre-arranged times may result in the loss of that tour component and no monies will be refunded. We cannot be held responsible for any activities or optional tours sold locally as these services are not operated by Sunlight Tours S.A.

SUPPLIERS RESPONSIBILITIES
Sunlight Tours S.A. makes arrangements with independent companies and is not responsible for any acts or omissions on their behalf. The travel services provided are subject to the Cuban Acts and Regulations. Sunlight Tours S.A. shall not be held responsible for any loss, damage or injury whether physical or mental, or to property, resulting from any delay, substitution or deficiency of quality of equipment or service, or any act, omission, negligence or commission of any party supplying any of the services or accommodation herein. We reserve the right to refuse any booking and refuse any passenger as a member of these tours at any time.

No representative of any company is authorized to change or override the contract once a reservation is booked.

REP SERVICES AND PROBLEM HANDLING
If you have any queries or concerns (in Cuba), please contact Sunlight Tours S.A. immediately while you are in Cuba. Please do not leave your complaint until you return home! Please write a letter to Sunlight Tours S.A. and who it concerns, outlining the details of your concerns to:

DISABLED PASSENGERS
A disabled traveller must provide a doctor's certificate authorizing ability to travel. Sunlight Tours S.A. is not responsible for the provision of any special requirements by persons who are either physically or mentally disabled. Many hotels are not equipped to handle disabled passengers, as a result travel to these properties will be at the traveller's own risk.

TRAVELLER'S RESPONSIBILITIES
The traveller agrees to adhere to the rules and laws of the country he/she will be visiting. Should the traveller conduct him/herself in a manner threatening to the supplier and/or other passenger(s), the supplier has the right to refuse service or expel him/her from the hotel. In this event, the traveller is responsible for all costs and no refund will be issued for any unused portions.

TRAVEL ADVISORY
Standards of living vary greatly from country to country. Be advised that living conditions may be different in respect to provision of utilities, services, food and accommodation. Sunlight Tours S.A. assumes no responsibility for illness or inconvenience resulting from the service provided or omitted at the destination.

Payment will be accepted by wire transfers. Credit cards are not accepted for land arrangements. Add $20.00US service charge for any wire transfers. A deposit or full payment is required before any booking will be done. All notifications of cancellations must be received in writing prior to departure from country of origin. Then, the cancellation clause takes effect.
